Mission Critical Partners Appoints Bonnie Maney as Segment Leader of Operations and Facilities

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (June 8, 2018)—Mission Critical Partners (MCP), a leading consulting and lifecycle management services firm in the public safety field, announced today the promotion of Bonnie Maney to vice president, director of public safety facilities and operations.

“Since joining the facilities and operations team, Bonnie has brought great expertise to the team and has helped take it to the next level,” said John Chiaramonte, president of consulting services. “She will play a key role as we look to help our clients evolve their public safety operations, especially as it relates to facility design, automated systems, professional development, regionalization and staffing initiatives.”

In her new role, Maney will oversee the team of experts responsible for providing facilities and operations services, as well as execution, growth and support initiatives for MCP.

Maney brings deep experience to her role after serving the 911 community for more than 25 years. She spent the bulk of her career working in public sector management roles overseeing mission-critical communications systems and 911 center operations. She transitioned to consulting in 2010 and joined MCP in 2015. Since then, she has worked on large-scale statewide projects in Virginia, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Nebraska and New Jersey. She also has supported radio system projects and consolidation initiatives, as well as technology procurement efforts for large metropolitan areas. She holds a master’s degree in emergency management and is active with the National Emergency Number Association (NENA), participating in their operational working groups.

“The industry is at an inflection point, and the needs and expectations of the public served by 911 are evolving.” said Maney. “There has never been a more exciting time to be leading an organization that’s helping to drive that evolution.”

Throughout 2018, MCP has made several organizational moves on its leadership team. In January, the company announced a partnership with a leading private equity firm focused on the security and protection industry, Egis Capital Partners. In parallel, the company has grown to more than 100 specialized public safety professionals to keep pace with its expansion and dedication to serving a growing list of public safety organizations.
